If you have not been to this practice before, we need you to come along a little earlier than your appointment time, so that you and the team can complete your registration documents.

If you need to change your appointment time and/or date at any time, please try to give us as much warning as possible. We do charge patients if they do not attend for a booked time, as we cannot fill these spaces at short notice.
